SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped every working days (Monday - Saturday, Except Public Holiday) within 1-3 days after payment made, in the case of promotion period or out of ready stockon certain size, the item will be dispatch within 10-14 days after payment made, please do not hesitate to contact us at jvynershopie@gmail.com if you have any inquiry.

JVynerShopie will try our best to shipped out all the parcel ASAP. However it really depends on our partner courier company to deliver to your door step, sometimes the delay is not under our control once parcel is shipped out, bear in mind to take some patient with the service from courier company.
What to do if failed to received? (Malaysia Poslaju)

You may call 1300-300-300 to Poslaju to request for 2nd delivery (within 7 days)

After 7 days of failure delivery, Poslaju will return the parcel to us, Client have to bear for the second delivery charges - RM7 (WM) / RM12 (EM).
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS (MALAYSIA)

Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If your order doesn't fit your satisfaction, we will accept your return within 14 days of your order’s arrival.

Returned sold item must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. tags intact, in original packaging, etc.

Used sold item cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are considered final, therefore cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Acceptable return and exchange reasons:
* Bought wrong size ( Postage to Peninsular Malaysia RM7 / postage to East Malaysia RM10 are chargeable)
* Faulty item
* Wrong item received

We have the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item is not in resellable condition. Processing / Postage fee are strictly not refunded. Please make sure your returned item is in original condition, without any scratches and defects before apply for return and exchange.

We shall revert to your within 48 hours on the status of your application. Only items which we considered as faulty will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We shall not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel during the postal process. Hence , a trackable postage service is recommended. Return postage cost shall be borne by the buyer.

Customer can choose to refund if the item he/she wants to exchange is out of stock and not willing to wait for the restock.

Refunds will be made in the credit form of payment (Item price - shipping cost) ; RM7 for West Malaysia / RM10 for East Malaysia).
